Actor. Storyteller. Collaborator.
A Chicago-based theatre, film, and voiceover performer with a BFA in Acting and a Minor in Musical Theatre from Michigan State University. Across his work, Ben brings specificity and honesty to every role he takes on.
Ben Larson is a theatre, film, and voiceover performer based in Chicago. He began his BFA Acting training at Elon University before completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts at Michigan State University, where he also earned a Minor in Musical Theatre. He has a substantial background in biology and chemistry, and that same analytical curiosity shapes how he approaches every character and story.
On stage, Ben has brought characters to life from Medvedenko in The Seagull to Young Frederick in Persuasion. On screen, he portrayed Joel in the short film Limbo, which was selected for screening at the Ohio Terror Con Film Festival. He is deeply passionate about acting for the camera and continues to pursue work across theatre, film, and voiceover.
His background in musical theatre lends strong vocal and physical range to every project, and his six-plus years as a gymnast give him strong physical control and awareness. Ben is thrilled to apply everything he has learned to the professional acting industry.
Open to theatrical productions, film & television projects, voiceover work, and creative collaborations throughout Chicago and beyond.
